In this age of environmental awareness, Eco Constructors is the green choice leader and premier provider in erosion control, specialty mulching/seeding and storm water compliance needs. Established in 2002, we have the expertise and equipment to perform a variety of erosion control services, such as stream bank restoration, living walls, as well as, erosion and sediment control for construction sites. We also provide full service EPA and DNR inspections and SWPPP documents. Our main goal is to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers.
Eco-Constructors is capable of handling erosion control jobs of any size. We operate blower trucks which allows us to install Filtrexx FilterSoxx on site. The blower truck also allows us to terraseed which entails blowing in compost injected with seed to amend tough soil conditions.

For Joe, doing the job right isn't just a goal — it's non-negotiable, and that commitment has made Eco Constructors the trusted partner for contractors, municipalities, and developers who demand quality and compliance on every project.
Shawn Garland
General Manager
With 21 years of hands-on experience, Shawn serves as General Manager of Eco-Constructors, leading the company's erosion and sediment control, SWPPP compliance with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and regulatory excellence.
Herb Krattli
Operations Manager
​Bringing over 11 years of leadership and operational experience to the company, Herb leads with a commitment to excellence, safety, and service, and draws on more than three decades of engineering experience, including instructing new Army equipment operators.

With extensive experience in horticulture and green infrastructure, Harry serves as Eco-Constructors’ expert in native landscapes and plant-based solutions, helping clients protect, establish, and steward their sites through effective green strategies.
